Anybody?? I went to take in my PAVC cert. yesterday to scottrade and they told me i could not deposit it into my account because it has the restricted legend on it. they said i would have to send it to the transfer agent to get legend removed then i could deposit it! Anyone heard of this???? Thanks in advance!!:)
