POW is a company that started underfunded. They have relied on other companies to develop their projects. POW made some money on these projects, but gave up control. They have no control on the timing of these project or even whether or not they get made. The quality may also suffer.

Garcia, I'm still trying to figure that out. He doesn't have expertise with media companies or information technology. It seems to me POW could have done better. In southern California there must be a lot of people with a good understanding of financing and media to help them. Or they could head to northern California and find somebody with financing and info technology experience.

With their stock so low, I don't see them getting good terms for financing, especially in the current economic market.
