Yes, but why would they bring Garcia in in November to "begin to relate our corporate story to new strategic financing opportunities and to accomplish and maximize our next phase of growth." Oh, I guess I answered my own question. It sounds to me like they're ready to get moving, and yesterday's PR is confirmation of that movement.
