Jenny, did you read the PR? Revenues were primarily from May-July,2007.
We don't know what the "preliminary third quarter figures" are.
That means you're disappointed about a fourth quarter that will meet or exceed a third quarter prelim that you don't have figures for.
At least wait until you know before being disappointed about it.

"Revenues for the month were primarily derived from signed contracts in the first quarter of our 2007 fiscal year, May through July. The Company currently has a backlog of orders that will be delivered throughout 2008. Revenues for our fourth quarter are expected to meet and/or exceed our preliminary third quarter revenue numbers."
