First thing that came to my mind was it was an online equivalent to those 3D tourist maps you can buy. Lots of people, like myself, like graphics, visuals when looking at problems. Here's another use... you are a franchise and looking for good property for your latest store. You present the location in 3D to your potential new store franchisee (sp) and it gives a much fuller picture of the property and the surrounding area. Or... your moving to another state... you want to check out neighborhoods... you check it out in 3D.

We used GIS software to map analytical information that our software producted (raw data) by region, even down to zip code. ESRI is one of the 50 largest software companies in the US... there must be somebody interesting in buying this kind of software.
