Hk Fooey: Well, that throws a spanner into the works.

We have no idea how long this appeal process will take, nor its outcome, or even if in favor of Livewire Telecom whether it will be narrowly defined so as to apply only to Livewire Telecom.

And will the VAT & Duties Tribunal go forward with new reviews now, or wait and see how the appeal goes?
