For what it's worth...In looking over the liens placed on Weisel's property All the lienors filed a "Notice to Owner" meaning they were not in privity with the owner but rather they had contracted with Gulf to Bay Construction and that Gulf to Bay Construction did not pay the subcontractors..not Weisel. Maybe Weisel didn't pay Gulf to Bay or maybe they went belly-up, didn't pay the bills and gave ole Walt some of his own medicine
