3rd party software solutions???

Xbox video games platform.

Proposals for 2 companies: “High Definition Radio” for Fortune 500 company; “Sports AM
Radio”.

First Quarter Acquisition discussions:
1) Plugins Software Company, in top 5 of their business.
2) Visual Effects Company, in film & TV industry. Well know CEO. DRM.

Sideshow PMP:
Project $15-$20M Revenue in 2008.
Bluetooth version = $150; Wi-fi version = $200.
Sales as OEM or may license technology to laptop manufacturers or other types of companies.

No European U.K. listing but may migrate to AMEX or Nasdaq.

DnC Hardware:
Gadgets will be sold in new website.
Manufacture cell phones for NEC and SK Telecom.
