I have been wondering why there is no filing with the SEC about the stock dividend? Is it because it does not matter? The SEC doesn't care? I know that if a company, pink, wants to issue shares to finance whatever, they don't have to tell us anything; ergo, the beauty of pink. It just seems to me that an outstanding company like this would make a filing. There has been no filing since 2005. And don't get me wrong, I have money invested here as do most, and I guess nobody can or will discuss whether the dividend will be free trading, any restrictions, direct from treasury, or what. You guys I have asked do not even acknowledge the question. Why not? Seems kinda like a legitimate question with nobody touching it.

Hey, if nobody wants to talk about this issue, then fine, I guess. I have searched the records and guess I'll call Clayton since no one else has an answer. All we agree on is that we like the stock, the company, and what we've read.
