siriuslyricher: Since you bring up the question of partners, let me bounce this idea off of you (and all), to see what you think.
It may seem far-fetched at first, but with the right partner $$, I think it is entirely doable.

1. We get the military certification for HotZone as recommended by CWID assessors/warfighters, which should be fairly easy, given that HotZone is designed to military specs in the first place, and highly adaptable, if need be, so it won't become outdated.

2. HotZone was recommended for first responder use (fire, police, etc.) by the CWID assessors/warfighters.

3. We find a $ partner (or they find us) who is willing to bid on the spectrum auction D block (set aside for a nationwide public safety network)...read:

The auction has started, and Frontline Wireless, who was supposed to bid on the D block with the help of its venture capitalists, suddenly went out of business, and now there is only 1 anonymous bid on the D block, and said bid is under the requirement.

4. What if the former Frontline VCs fell into our lap, and are awaiting the completion of our financials before they bid on the D block? The auction will still be ongoing for a couple of months, so the timing is in line. Meanwhile, the VCs slowly accumulate GTEM stock.

5. Add the airships to the nationwide public safety network for border security, and it makes up a very nice package.

thoughts, anyone?
