Not saying your right nor wrong but to say its going to April without any info to back it up is just a guess like if one were to guess it will be done by mid February, End of February, March....etc

It will be done a few weeks after the audited financials are signed off on its that simple

The next step is the audited financials being completed then we'll all have a good guess as to when. FYI the audited financials could be completed any time now 1 day 1 week 1 month, I think within a few weeks to be honest but thats a guess on my part it could happen next week for all we know.
