To clarify, you are saying that it would do UHCR good to clear up the website pinksheets.com share structure information.

We are in compliance with all other requirements, regarding the SEC, though we are still officially a non-reporting company.

Pinksheets.com is a good website, but its certainly not going to hold us up, nor is it a place used by any serious investors for information. And thats not meant as a slight, by serious investors I'm talking about those who are being SELFISH and buying up a percentage of the float for themselves....lol
