You are welcome!.
You can find some interesting things in there that sometimes do not get Pr'd.Sometimes even the company wants to stay low key about how good things are going and you can reveal some nice DD in the filings.Thats how and why I bought IMTS at .038, They mentioned a relationship with Nextel in one small sentence and I realized that had never been pr'd formally.After a few phone calls and additional DD, I felt comfortable.(it was more than a few phone calls.lol.)

You may seem lost at first when you start to go through the qs because you will be.lol.That will change as you read more and get more familiar as to where to go for the most important items.
