Can someone with more savy and experience explain: CYBL has real contracts with major agencies and institutions. Now I know the pinks/OTC is runned by the MMs. They decide the ups and downs of all stocks in these two exchanges. But I also know that retail investors like us can break the backs of the MMs if we steal the volume away from them by flooding the market with buy orders at the ask. Now this company has all the makings of such a volume surge. There has to be a reason why retail investors and non-MM institutions are not buying this up like there is no tomorrow? That's what worry's me a little. A little help here. And please, with all due respect, don't tell me I am one of the lucky ones who got in before this takes off. That won't fly. Business abhors a vacuum. And this vacuum should have been filled along time ago. Therefore something is wrong with this company. I just can't figure out what. TIA.
