I don't think that means very much. They can't hand it over to someone who doesn't meet the trust criteria and can't find anyone to take it who fits that bill. The court wouldn't grant approve the new trustee and the indenture won't allow one that doesn't fit the minimum requirements. That is why I proposed a meeting to try and change the trust terms. If they are planning on a near term settlement, why file a summary judgement motion? I hope i am wrong and will be the first to congratulate everyone if this thing pays off. BUX
