I agree with Romney...It is indeed a buying opportunity, if you have the funds. The hardest part is figuring out where the bottom is (especially in Real Estate).

I've wanted to invest in rental property for quite some time, and it's getting close to time to pull the trigger. If people can't afford a to buy, they rent. And if the numbers make sense, it's worth buying.

of course, the market where I live is petty over-inflated, and this 'market correction' has a lot of people worried. But...I'm keeping my eye on it.
