Add to LaGrande, a programmable TPM (Embassy-like?), and the encrytion algorithms can be reprogrammed to thwart hackers per SKS's comments in that EEtimes article.

It seems some of the IP sharing that may take place between Embassy and TCG is related to the hardware itself (Intel and AMD) and the rest related to the way the OS (NGSCB) will process trusted applets.
