IMO:"Customers" are not NETWORKS..LOL!

The other last part of the business model is the development of wireless products. And there, again, our product today in the market is a complete 2G-3G modem. We offer it in two forms. We offer it basically in hardened form as an ASIC, which we are offering to sale to terminal unit manufacturers, and we offer it in soft form, which is basically the IP and we offer that to the semiconductor companies who want to enter the market and using our design.

the IP blocks and the full modem IP deal -- gave us some initial field experience with respect to our technology, allowing us then to put together a complete dual-mode solution when we licensed in the Infineon 2G solution, their GSM solution. So today, we have a very well tested, very well proven dual-mode solution with both HSDPA and HSUPA capability. We announced and the end of last year that we have brought -- we had begun customer testing with respect to that chip. That customer testing continues. We're in testing with over a half dozen companies with respect to that device. It is targeted -- our target market for this first chip is the data-centric market, namely the PC card applications, embedded module applications. And the reason for that is that we've brought to market a solution which is specifically designed for those markets. Those markets today, the manufacturers today in those markets or the handset manufacturers in those markets today use a chip that is actually not specifically designed for datacard applications. We produced a solution that is specifically designed for that application, so we stripped out functionality that they did not need. We added in some functionality that they do need, and that solution is being very well received by the datacard manufactures in the market.
