GlobeTel Working to Complete 2006 and 2007 Financial Statements

FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla., Jan 30, 2008 (PrimeNewswire via COMTEX) -- GlobeTel Communications Corp. (Pink Sheets:GTEM) today announced that it is preparing its financial statements for the years ended December 31, 2006 and 2007. The Company's auditors have begun the audit process and will be conducting fieldwork in the Company's offices in February. The Company expects to be able to file audited financial statements on Form 10-K for 2006 and 2007 by March 31, 2008.
