My guess is news will be around Feb 15th. My take is that they are still working on the financing. I hope it is going well but in this market it is tough and on top of that it is a pink sheet stock. Lets hope a russian bank gets it. What does anyone know about Alpha Bank in russia?? My gut feeling is the uplisting will only happen after the equity accounting is done for Atoll & NNRI - audited. Why would they approve them for BB listing with all of the problems etc in the market place. Also on top of that why would you approve and uplisting on a company doing most of their business in Russia. Look at all of the problems with Chinese stocks that have not had equity accounting. So I feel it will not happen until this is done. I feel we have two more weeks of hell. The shorts and others are betting they cannot get the finacing and are betting they will float more stock. We will known soon if we will have stock that can go up or just a penny stock. It is up to management for the companies future is really on the line to become something great. I hope they pull it off for all of us and them. The potential is huge if this company has the product.
