Management anticipates announcing the details of the acquisition, including the name of the acquired company, by the end of January.


I know people are expecting news by thursday or after hours thurs, but realistically I don't think that's going to happen. I see it coming Fri or mon or sometime next week. they said the anticipated time...I really think this needs to be taken under everyone's attention and not tout THurs as deadline.
