The story always seems to be the same: MOBL "should have" done, this, that, or something other than what they did. Does anyone at MOBL ever learn from their previous mistakes? The answers is a resounding "no".
Gobility never, ever, should have been the catastrophic failure that it was. For anyone with any intelligence, this situation never should have happened. Likewise for the USA deal.
Believe me, I've seen other companies buy and sell divisions or even the whole business without any of this difficulty and none of this nonsense. So, why is MOBL fumbling around like this is the first time they've ever done any of this before?
