* JPO - will trigger Matsushita ("when" not "if");
* New licenses - could pop at any time;
* Ericy/SE 3G license - should also trigger Nok 3G;
* NOK - could settle;
* LU - could settle;
* 1/4ly sequential cost decrease (unlikely, but welcome and possible if litgation costs take a breather or management reins in total expenses);
* Improvements in Corp governance - IMO, possible improvements might include restructuring the BoD Compensation Committee (unlikely to be a management initiative) or further shareholder action at the ASM (perhaps the 2004 ASM will present some opportunties to shareholders).
* Pre-ASM accomplishments and announcements (likely based on history, but be careful not to indulge in unfounded expectations);
* Etc.
