Take a look at the blue chip companies...the management in most of them can probably be improved. The sales or profits decline...management failed the stockholders?

I do not doubt there may be better people with better business management skills than JR. Every company we own shares in, you probably can replace management with people with better manangement skill and show better results with the company.

When we invest in a company, we are also investing in the management, not only the technology. It comes as a package, we can't separate the two.

I believe JR has done a great job with the "Rivera Process" and bringing the right people onto his team, and in giving the BOOT to those not measuring up.
