The lawsuit has actually only been going on for 2 and a half years. It is coming to a head now. In the past, it appears that it has been difficult for anyone to come up with a majority of units to reach a quorum to vote on issues that could be extremely beneficial to the trust. The reason is that many units are likely held in certificate form in shoe boxes under old widows beds. Now that MOSH has been noticed over the last month and a half, it may be easier to locate and therefore get a proxy in the hands of unit holders if that becomes necessary.
