To be an Expert Witness, one usually needs to be certified by the Court. Other than claiming he is an expert, what are Bud's qualifications? Educational - got Ph.D? Prior certification as an expert witness in a Federal Court? Membership in relevant RECOGNIZED Professional Societies? Publish works (I don't think writing a blog is accepted in lieu of some scholarly work on the subject matter :)?
