lol, yep! bud burrell the paid promoter for usxp should keep his mouth shut if he is worried his own words will trip him up in court. Not so sure why he is worried - can't think of a single thing he has ever said of any consequence about RA/USXP was correct or verifiable to be true or fact imo

Bud is extra sensitive at the moment because he may be called as expert witness in Gunderson's hearing and he did not want his comments to be loosely floating around or wrongly quoted...
