excuse me balance, but I don't follow your reasoning

In a prior response to me you noted that you believed that ERHE (and hence the entire JDZ) is years and years and years from production oil.

If you were a businessman, and the asset that you were interested in buying was potentially the target of investigations by the DOJ, SEC, IRS, etc.....would it not make sense to wait for the outcome before investing large amounts of money?

Can you explain your reasons why a company would risk the uncertain outcome of the investigations, and also the viablility and ROI for ultra deep water wells in the JDZ which has only had one well drilled, and that well was then sold off?
