Hmmm....I think thats what you call raising the A/S...Funny think is as of december 31st they had already diluted 146 million plus in only the 3 days since they had raised the A/S on Dec 27th. Makes you wonder if the A/S isnt maxed out already doesnt it ?

They had already sold 146 million plus in 3 days before even informing shareholders that they had increased the A/S.
