if this is a case of phantom shares being used ??then if so the ceo can take legal action. if its flippers causing the volume then okay flippers. i believe MM's are the culprit of phatom shares=fake shares and they ruin companies . if the heat is put on them it will stop ,sure they might get away with what they've already done. but without phatom shares we'd be in the 2-5 cent area,more likely then here.
