Just how many shares does the board believe are out in the marketplace?

OVER 1 BILLION TRADED IN NOVEMBER / DECEMBER 07 - I am hearing the board right they are saying approx 110 million shares total total total as ALL/ALL shares out in marketplace, so every SINGLE SHARE - Traded 10x over in 2 months! LMAO......
