Everyone knew that Centerline was buying and reselling minutes. The LA and Miami switch were suppose to increase the margins by using our own equipment. You two might want to do some better DD read the old 10k's to understand the business better

Yes, Monterosso, Vargas and GlobeTel executives devised an ‘off-net’ revenue program. It was Joe and his little buddy Luis who devised the method and means to defraud that program.

Don't confuse the legitimate program with Joe M's illegitimate scheme.
