Probably the bidder didn't meet the seller's reserve, and the auction ended without a sale being made.

The auction ended with the "buy it now". The buyer obviously didn't understand the terms of the of the agreement. $10 A share! The buyer probably told the seller to get lost once he/she e-mailed them about the $10 mill, imo.


This item has ended with Buy it Now.

Of coarse, I may be mistaken with the way E-bay's "buy it now" works.
