legal precedent.....well to have a legal precedent, there must be a lawsuit filed......to use data as in CMKXERs got paid for some future lawsuit, well, you gotta have the data ...... do you really think that the FEDs are gonna make that data public? i don't think so....and when you get paid, will you say so? i don't think so............... why do you think CMKX has not been in the NEWS, subject of Congressional Hearings? yep, that's right....CMKX will never be set up as a precedent for any others to use...... bottom line, the FEDS got caught red-handed....... the Chamber of Commerce is on our side......we will get paid.....should've already been paid i think....the nss is known....one last piece to this puzzle.....the FED must go....it's just taking longer than i expected....the next few days, we'll know......jay says countries will re-align....i think after DAVOS, that will soon occur....banks will go BASEL II after we get paid, which makes sense, we kick-start the new system.....i don't know, just waiting for it all to unfold like the rest....a few more days, i don't think the banks can hold up much longer.....it appears to me, wall street needs Basel II to happen to end this bloodletting.
