CNN.com is reporting an economic stimulus package agreement is nearing completion. According to its sources, individuals will get a check for $600 and couples will receive $1200. Parents may receive $300 more for each child. Democrats and Republicans have agreed to give rebates to people who don't pay income taxes but do pay Social Security tax. The plan is also said to include business tax breaks.
