how would a merger between UCAD and Cmkx benefit shareholders of Cmkx? Ucad's stock is trading around 7.00 today. would ucad even consider merger with a company that has such low stock price? Why would ucad even consider merging with a company like cmkx? And also, how would the Nasdaq requirements help shareholders of cmkx. What do you think are the likelyhood that Ucad and cmkx will merge on day soon?
