The only benefit I see is that it cannot go any lower than .0001. The MM's will not force it past .0001 because that wannt to make what they can from it. Anybody who has bought near these levels is just has to wait it out. The MM's or whoever is controlling the pps has not ceased to do so. Look the chart last time when ECFL was brought down to this area. Many bought at or around this price, waited, and it shot up.
