Sorry, don't want to burst any bubbles here but I spoke with Trevor, IR at CYO and they are listed on Toronto Venture exchange, next step for them would be an uplisting to the Toronto exchange, not to US markets as they have a market cap of about 24 million and he said they are too small for US markets.
Just wanted to pass this on.
