I actually got my shares at .027 also. We must have both put our orders in at the same time. Wierd thing is my order was also for 46k and if yours was for the same amount they didnt reflect all of our orders on L2. I saw 2 blocks of 23k go through at .027 and then one at .026. Interesting these MM's are definatley playing some bs games.
