How do you know GTEM.PK is currently providing health benefits? Remember in the good old USA it's not mandatory that an employer provide health benefits.

Regarding payroll taxes.....how do you know they're current? The IRS routinely allows employers to make payment plans....also, there's a time lag between federal & state tax liens....it could be just round the bend.

As for "the rent"....come on Mide Jonny-L & Shimmi have too much riding on this not to dip into their pockets and fund till they can sell their restricted shares....to fold up the tent now would be to walk away from just another South Florida Scam....their work is not done.
