Dell Story--First let me say we love Dell down here, but no more late night tech support. My son-in-law bought a Dell PC and after 3 months the monitor dies. No problem as they send him a replacement. Eight months go buy and the replacement dies. He calls India and they say, "Dude you got to buy a new one". Two hours of screaming at various levels of authority and, "Dude you got to buy a new monitor." He calls USA customer support early the next morning and, "Dude we are so sorry and we will send you a new one free". Five days went buy and no monitor. On calling Dell says, "we are sorry your order got accidently canceled, but now it's really going to ship." The story is still unfolding.
