Steven,
Thank you for taking the time to respond. I hope you have a few minutes for a few clarifications that are still confusing me and some fellow investors.
1) When you say "10-50K per site," I'm assuming this refers to the fee that an enterprise would pay to enable IT management of many trusted computers?
a) Is this a yearly fee?
no it is a server license with annual maint at ~15- 20 %
b) And the "10 per month" refers to $10 per trusted device within the site?
yes
2) Given the slow start to revenues, how do you currently feel about the need for financing, and if you anticipate the need for financing, how comfortable are you that we will be able to get it on terms that are favorable?
Wave is very clean It depends on the market and there are other options that are possible. When and if we will try to chose the best path.
3) Given that IBM has had ~5 million TPM equipped laptops out in the world now for some time, why have we not realized significant revenue from these TPM owners upgrading/activating our software/the Wave ETS? Do you consider this an early indication of acceptance of our services?
no - The industry support for turning it on is only starting. This will drive the enabling of the platforms.
4) Will all NSM "Super I/O" chip be bundled with the Wave ETS under the same terms as the PC21100 SafeKeeper?
Our contract terms with NSM have not been disclosed but we are bundled with every I/O.
Thanks in advance for your time and effort.
Best regards,
