Hi Jerome. One factor to consider is that he is coming off an injury year. That is normally good motivation to be in the best shape of their careers for most ball players.

Then you have the new team factor with him and Cameron being old teammates also.

Plus going to a winning team. I'm hoping these factors will make a turn around year for him.
