wavehello, the most burning question for me is why didn't they sell 2x the amount in Nov.? Somewhere in this equation, Wave thought the stock would be significantly higher than 1.90 by the time they needed more funding. Did Wave royally screw this up, or do they know of events that will happen that should move the stock?
