Anytime an officer of the company is sent a wells notice so would the company as well in my opinion. So he said and she said could go on all day long until one gets to the bottom of the truth. The deal structured for Joe and Centerline to receive company shares based on performance should of had a flag on it early on. Too much temptation for someone imo.
