This board has gotten crazy recently. One thing I've learned in life is to know when and where to pick one's battles. Debating on here is a total waste of energy.

One thing that became very clear to me when my husband died so unexpectedly is to not waste one's time with nonproductive things. I have SO MUCH that I still want to accomplish and it's quite easy to get sucked into just typing on a message board....which does NOTHING for one's personal goals.

So.....I shall fade into the background for a while. I shall still read the boards once or twice a day, but it would be totally stupid of me to persist in trying to debate what can not be debated. There might end up being something that I might respond to along the way, but I shall post regularly again when PHGI goes to the OTC and/or when the plant begins production.

But first let me answer a few previous posts directed to me.

Avdave, yes, if the revenues from the radio stations were as low as you stated, then $1.3 million seems a bit excessive unless there was enough equipment to go along with it.

And yes, folderfa, the prediction that I made in September obviously did not come true, but as I stated in that post, I was going out on a limb with it. So....it did not come true. So I am obviously not psychic! Deal with it!

AND, if any of you read the thoughts and public posts of JB and LaRive etc, if you are like me, you would find it very difficult if not impossible to believe that they could in private be talking about alligators eating people, etc. Energies don't change.

As for the gold mine....I sure do wish that I could've seen those pictures. It does seem as though a company with experience in mining could be brought in as a JV partner to get the gold out, but without being familiar with all the circumstances, I can't comment. I just hope that the one thing I am waiting for comes about so that I can go in April to check things out for myself and talk to everyone around the places.
So far I am still waiting.

Meanwhile, since I am very familiar with how businesses work, I can understand the need to raise money. The big question isn't how the money is raised, it is what has been done with the money once it is raised. From what I can see, PHGI has been handling the proceeds of the money in a responsible manner.

And now I am off to clean my house and do paperwork and have a cup of coffee and read a book. I still have wonderful memories of sitting at Cafe Du Monde in New Orleans, so I guess I'm going to have to learn how to make beignets.
