I can't answer that except to say I see it all the time these days. I was a Manager of a successful business, and my wife owns a Marketing company. The things we were taught when we were young are almost gone with younger business people. I called Wachovia last month a spoke to a young man who was speaking Ebonics! He was in customer service and I kid you not when I tell you he said,"Dat am not da balance you be sayin", I was in shock! Doctors have no clue what they charge in their own offices, salesman do not follow up after a sale, people are no longer taught basic manors. My point is some of this has become cultural, a lack of training and professionalism, and a lack of concern for ethics. It's just good business to communicate with your customers, we send out a newsletter, weekly. You are spot on when you say investors are scared of Pinks to begin with, and with ones like MNTY that have a troubled past, the company should go to extra lengths to kill rumours asap!
"Son, I'm gonnah he'p you get your mind right."
