Your message doesn't compute. A scam is generally thought of as something that is not real, in order to receive money.
Case in point....the Nigerian scam making it's way along the internet for a while now. If you send me x dollars to help me with my account....you will recieve xxx dollars in return.
Now THAT is a scam.
With PHGI, I would think that a scam would be the correct term to use if they were setting up a fake webcam in OPP in order to convince shareholders that a plant was being built.
Can you provide me with proof that the Webcam is fake and that no plant is under construction in OPP? If so, then I will heartily agree with you that it is a scam.
Can you provide me with proof that no road was ever built to access the mine in Utah? If so, then I will heartily agree with you that it is a scam.
BUT, if you can not provide me with proof of this, then I will have to come to the conclusion that a plant really is being built and that the webcams are not fake, and that a road really has been built.
And if those things have really happened, then pray tell me where is the scam?
