Great post! I agree, they have missed some easy chances to spend 10 minutes and post on thier website about how we did at Christmas at store 1, and many other issues. If this was a scam, they would pump at every chance with PR's on every imaginal topic! If they are so swamped they can't put out a PR,then they should make a habit of E-Mailing someone like Phil,or getting that spokesperson, but I agree just contacting one person seems silly but better than nothing. They could get more mileage out of just putting info on their site. Shady, maybe. More likely just lack of experience and under staffed.
