Lou, what can be known for certain? But when you stop to consider, Lanza has benefited from all of your activities. Over and over, you have given the shareholders hope, but false hope. Which has kept the share price higher than it would have been. And now it is starting over again, with you telling us all that this is not over. Lanza, though, has won every time.

It really is pretty simple, at this point in time you and the new/old board have to begin communicating with the shareholders and letting us know what if anything is going to be done. I don't see how you could expect anything by way of support from us after this latest disaster. Which I believe could have been prevented. It is pretty simple Lou, if Lanza issued illegal shares as you have said, well, what are you going to do about that? You need to tell us the answer to that question.
